Neon Dream

My bachelor’s project took the form of an introspective journey through my own habits and relationships with technology.

The crystallization of this investigation became the exhibit ‘Neon Dream’.

My methods for inquiry were derived from autoethnography. Except, without the ethno.

The ‘Neon Dream’ exhibit was a replica of my usual workstation, and displayed my tools and memorabilia for visitors to explore.

Using photography, datamoshing, sonification, programming and self-writing, I was able to reflect upon technology in an emotional and sensorial manner.
